Lucy graduated with distinction from The London College of Garden Design in 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience working in gardens across Bristol and the South West. With a deep understanding of plants and strong horticultural knowledge, she ensures every garden is thoughtfully designed and expertly put together.
Having worked alongside some of the country’s leading garden designers, Lucy has developed extensive experience in creating beautiful, sustainable, and wildlife-friendly spaces. She now leads a dedicated team, crafting gardens that not only look stunning but are built to thrive in a changing climate.
Lucy’s passion and hands-on approach drive every project. From the initial consultation through to the build, planting, and completion, she is closely involved at every stage. She also oversees aftercare, providing tailored maintenance plans to help each garden flourish for years to come.
Director and co-designer Amber brings an artistic, stylish flair to Foat & Griffin. Having graduated from Brighton University with a first class honours degree in Interior Architecture in 2014 Amber has gone on to realise her passion for horticulture and landscape design. Amber also heads the maintenance side of the business and ensures the gardens remain in top condition.
Having already worked alongside Lucy for years it was the obvious decision to collaborate and create F&G in early 2023. Amber’s talent as an illustrator enables the early stages of a design to become reality and offers clients an early preview of how their garden will look.
Amber’s conscientious and committed approach to her work along with her eye for detail keeps F&G gardens looking fresh and contemporary.
