Lucy
Director and Head Garden Designer Lucy graduated from The London College of Garden Design in 2022 with a distinction. She has run a successful Garden Maintenance/Planting Design company in Bristol and London for over 14 years and has extensive horticultural knowledge.
Having worked alongside some of the countries top Garden Designers she has gained a massive amount of experience in the industry. Lucy is now leading the way with her team of dedicated staff offering beautiful, sustainable, wildlife friendly spaces to Bristol and surrounding areas.
Lucy’s passion and energy drives the design process. She is hands on with every aspect - from initial meeting, the build process, planting, right through to completion. Lucy will oversee the aftercare of the gardens and put in place specific maintenance schedules.
Amber
Director and co-designer Amber brings an artistic, stylish flair to Foat & Griffin. Having graduated from Brighton University with a first class honours degree in Interior Architecture in 2014 Amber has gone on to realise her passion for horticulture and landscape design. Amber also heads the maintenance side of the business and ensures the gardens remain in top condition.
Having already worked alongside Lucy for years it was the obvious decision to collaborate and create F&G in early 2023. Amber’s talent as an illustrator enables the early stages of a design to become reality and offers clients an early preview of how their garden will look.
Amber’s conscientious and committed approach to her work along with her eye for detail keeps F&G gardens looking fresh and contemporary.
Jake
Head Gardener Jake is an experienced and hard working member of the F&G team and has worked in private gardens, alongside landscapers and garden designers over the past 8 years. Completing an Intermediate Level (Level 2 Diploma) Apprenticeship in Horticulture at Sparsholt College in 2016.
Jake gets the job done!
